Cancellation Policy

**Booking and Payment:** - To secure your event photoshoot, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required upon booking. - The remaining balance of your photoshoot package is due on the day of the photoshoot. - Payments can be made via Zelle or credit card through the invoice provided. Seller note to customer By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between both parties. Seller's Terms and Conditions **Cancellation Policy:** - If you need to cancel the event photoshoot, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. - The deposit of $50 is non-refundable. **Rescheduling:** - You may reschedule the event photoshoot once, subject to our availability, at no additional cost. - Subsequent rescheduling will incur a fee of $25. **Photography Details:** - We will strive to capture the event's essence as discussed during the consultation. - Specific shot requests can be discussed and accommodated if possible. **Delivery of Photos:** - We will provide edited, high-resolution digital photos within 2-3 days of the event. - Photos will be delivered via Dropbox. - You will receive all photos from the event. **Copyright:** - We retain the copyright to all photos. - We may use the photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. **Client Cooperation:** - It's important to cooperate during the photoshoot to ensure the best results. - Delays or interruptions not caused by us may affect the coverage. **Liability:** - We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failure, weather conditions, or guest interference. **Force Majeure:** - In case of unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters), we will make reasonable efforts to provide the services, but we may need to reschedule.
