Process for a Photo Shoot

Abstract Perceptions Photography is here to capture those rare and unique moments that will be admired for a lifetime. All of our consultations are free, and most packages can be customized to fit your needs.

Pre-session Consultation

We will meet in person or on the phone. We will discuss ideas you may have for your photo shoot and plan a location and date for the session. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required before moving further towards your photo shoot.

On-Location

Here is where we will meet again to begin your photo shoot. The session will last up to 90 minutes.  Longer sessions may be purchased for an additional fee.  Prior to the session, you will deposit the rest of the payment for the session.

Studio Session

Here is where we will meet again to begin your photo shoot. I shoot at various studios throughout Atlanta.  The session will last up to 90 minutes.  Longer sessions may be purchased for an additional fee.  Prior to the session, you will deposit the rest of the payment for the session.

Digital Photos

1-2 days after the session you will have access to all the photos from the session.  Here is where you will pick your photos to be retouched/edited.  Once you choose the photos you want retouched, I will notify you when your digital edited and retouched photos are ready. After you choose the photos you want retouched, your digital photos will be ready in three to twenty-one days (depending on what type of retouching is required) 

Photoshop editing and composites are extra and can be discussed.

Posing Coach & Set Director

I also offer professional posing coaches and set directors to assist with your posing  and outfits during the session.  

Prices

Package 1 (most popular): Starting at $450

- Up to 2-hour session at your location (or location suggested by the photographer)

- Up to 3 outfit changes.

- 10 digitally edited photos. (additional edits can be purchased separately)

- Online access to choose 10 photos to be edited and retouched

- All RAW (unedited) photos from the session

- Professional Make-Up artist included

Package 2: Starting at $250

- Up to 1-hour session at your location (or location suggested by the photographer)

- Up to 3 outfit changes.

- 5 digitally edited photos. (additional edits can be purchased separately)

- Online access to choose 5 photos to be edited and retouched

- All RAW (unedited) photos from the session

Package 3: $150 per hour

Paparazzi Package:

I will follow you and take candid shots of your day (working, shopping, dining, clubbing, etc)

All photos delivered unedited within 48 hours

Package 4: Starting at $350

60-min. Studio Session

Studio session includes:

- 60 minute session in a professional photography studio

- As many outfit changes as you want within the allotted time.

- The number of digitally edited photos will depend on the project

- Online access to choose photos to be edited and retouched

- All RAW (unedited) photos from the session

Package 5: Starting at $250

Head Shots

Head shot  session includes:

- 30 minute session in the studio or on location

- No outfit changes

- 5 digitally edited and retouched photos 

- Online access to choose photos to be edited and retouched

- All RAW (unedited) photos from the session

Package 6: Starting at $600

Event Package

$600 for four (4) hours

- Private and Discreet Parties

- Birthday Parties

Any Event, Any Occassion, We Are There To Capture Those Memories

Package includes one (1) photographer, four (4) hours of unlimited high resolution photos, & online access to download and share

Prints for the event

For an additional fee prints can be included in the price to the event organizer.          

Prints for participants of the event can be printed and sold onsite or purchased online after the event.

Weddings

Wedding package starts at $3,000 (payment options available) and includes the following:

- Up to two (2) photographers

- One (1) hour engagement session before the wedding

- Day of wedding services include:

     Pre-ceremony

     Wedding

    Reception

- High resolution digital photos on a thumb drive, or Dropbox

- Online access to photos to download and share

Wedding Album, prints, canvases, keepsakes, and photography gifts can be purchased online for an additional fee

Not looking for any of the above? We also offer creative, fun photo shoots, athletic events and any occasion you need documented. We will also work with you on various ideas that you may have in mind.
